Monthly Speaker Series

The Clark County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present a series of keynote speakers at
our monthly meetings. On Tuesday, July 20, 2004, the speaker will be Dr. Willbur. He will
be speaking on "POOF: The real magic behind successful customer service." The event
is complimentary to Clark County Chamber of Commerce members and non-members. The event will
begin with 30 minutes of networking time with fellow business leaders, followed by the speaker's
presentation, and closes with additional networking time.

At present, Dr. Willbur serves as Founder of the Leadership Mentoring Institute. Dr. Willbur holds a Doctorate
in Human Resource Development and has over twenty years of senior executive experience
in organizational effectiveness, operations, sales, business training, human resources
and strategic planning. He is an internationally recognized, award winning expert, researcher,
and speaker in the areas of mentoring and leadership development. He has experience
in over 50 different international markets and has led merger and acquisition, competitive
intelligence, and strategic planning teams.
